A telephone survey was conducted in andusing a standardised questionnaire covering demographics, general health, relationships, and sexual behaviours, attitudes and beliefs.
A total of 1, individuals in Germany men and women completed the survey. Most sexual problems were less common among men and women in Germany than in other European regions. Increasing age was a ificant predictor of a lack of sexual interest and erectile difficulties in men. Of those who experienced sexual problems, however, few had sought medical help. This was often due to a lack of perception of a problem.
